Laurel Bakery is now three locations across Brooklyn, each with the same focus: thoughtfully made breads, pastries, and coffee, baked fresh daily. Whether you’re stopping in for a morning pastry, bringing home a loaf, or visiting one of our sister cafés, we’re here to make good bread part of everyday life.
LAUREL BAKERY
Laurel Bakery is a neighborhood bakery with three locations across Brooklyn — Columbia Street Waterfront, Fort Greene (@ Margot), and Prospect Heights/Crown Heights (@ Cafe Mado). At each storefront we sell our freshly breads, laminated pastries, focaccia, and seasonal treats fresh every morning, alongside coffee that’s thoughtfully sourced and roasted locally
We take pride in fostering sustainable practices and collaborating with like-minded partners to bring the highest quality ingredients to our offerings. Our pastries and breads are made with organic and regenerative flours from Central Milling Grains and River Valley Community Grains, while a majority of our other ingredients are sourced from frequent visits to green markets and close collaborations with local producers.
Our coffee is roasted locally at SEY and pairs beautifully with house-made sunflower seed milk along with other alternative milks.
